- Pre and post assessments. Get data-driven results! Meet for 15 minutes and answer simple questions about your work and hobbies. I will analyze your speech to create a baseline assessment and later evaluate your progress. View case studies here.
- Online English Courses. Any course needed for your training is free for your use during your training time. View courses.
- Expert, Dedicated Training. This is key! Sounds can be created in different ways. Intonation is a complicated mix of blending sounds, pausing and stressing words effectively. Spoken grammar starts with knowing what to fix and applying that to realistic scenarios. Get the tips that will work for you. One-to-one classes are 50 minutes in length. If you prefer shorter classes, we can also meet for 35 minutes of instruction, create a video, and I’ll use the remaining time to analyze your video.
Option 1: Assessment plus 3 Classes
Get a detailed assessment of your spoken English and then get 3 focused training classes to reach your goals. This may be enough if you only need to know what to fix and how to fix it. It’s also a good way to try out classes before choosing a bigger package. With classes and assessment, this is 4 hours of the instructor’s time.

Option 2: English Training: 8 Classes plus assesssments
Get a detailed assessment of your spoken English and then get 8 focused training classes to reach your goals plus a post assessment. We aim for a 25%-30% improvement in your spontaneous speech (how you speak without preparing in advance). With classes and assessments, this is 10 hours of the instructor’s time.

Option 3: Complete English Training
Get a detailed assessment of your pronunciation and spoken grammar. Then get 12 one-to-one classes and a post assessment. Take classes once or twice a week depending on your learning style and goals. When classes are taken at least once a week, without breaks, and you practice between classes, we aim for a 30% to 50% improvement in your spontaneous speech. With classes and assessments, this is 14 hours of the instructor’s time.

Referral Program
Get a FREE class when you refer your friend. You get your free class when your friend buys a package and mentions your name. We have had students get complete packages for free this way with pinned social media posts.
Schedule a Team Event
Use Option 1 to create a Team Event, and please schedule a consultation first to make sure this option is customized for you! A team event is a 3-hour workshop with breaks in the middle that covers essentials needed by your team in both productive and fun ways! Get clear on pronunciations of your team’s regular vocabulary and get feedback as you engage in discussions together, both business-related and casual.
Invoices for Reimbursements
We use PayPal to accept payments, and all credit cards are accepted on their platform. You will receive a receipt automatically. If you need an invoice from us to submit to your company for reimbursement, just let us know. That’s no problem!
Separate Invoices
If you choose either option and take classes with a friend, one of you can pay here or we will send each of you a separate invoice. You might also want to buy two packages and take a longer course together.
Terms and Conditions
Please know that when you buy classes, you are agreeing to the following terms.
Classes must be used within 5 months of your purchase date unless one of the exceptions applies. After that point, unused classes will not be refunded. If you need an exception due to a long vacation, for example during the winter or summer holidays, just email your instructor to get written confirmation of your exception. Other exceptions include the instructor’s schedule being booked up or the instructor’s vacation time. If you cannot book an appointment for six weeks, then your 5 months automatically extends to 6.5 months. If your instructor takes a two-week vacation, your package will extend to 7 months. Overall, trainings are quite flexible! We just want it to be clear that packages are not indefinite. Also, if you book your classes with a consistent once or twice a week approach, trainings are much more effective.
If you choose to buy multiple packages, you get 5 months for each package. For example, 2 packages = 10 months.
Results are not guaranteed as they depend on situations beyond our control such as unexpected interruptions in classes, changing work deadlines that may decrease concentration as well as physical constraints like misaligned teeth or braces. However, please rest assured that the stated goals above are based on 20 years of work with professionals from over 40 different countries. Generally speaking, at a minimum, most people will succeed at 25-30% after 5 classes and at about 50% after 3 months if they stay focused and push for success. Greater progress is made initially as the most important sounds or grammar difficulties are studied first. If you take classes with a friend, your results will depend on you and your friend’s similarity in English ability. The more similar you are, the higher your results. If one is much more advanced than the other, the advanced one will get a lower result.
We do not offer refunds on classes. Please use our free consultation before buying a package and start with Option 1 if you want to try out a few classes.
To cancel or reschedule classes with an instructor, you must provide 24 hours notice. Otherwise, the missed class will count as part of your package. If you take classes with a friend, this same rule applies. If one has to miss, the other can take the class individually, but it will count as a regular class in the package.
