- Pre and post assessments. Get data-driven results! Meet for 15 minutes and answer simple questions about your work and hobbies. I will analyze your speech to create a baseline assessment and later evaluate your progress. View case studies here.
- Online English Courses. Any course needed for your training is free for your use during your training time.
- Dynamic Classes. Using your assessment results, we work on the topics most important to you! We spend 35 minutes on instruction and speaking practice, create a 5 minute video of you speaking at your best, and then you get a detailed email with feedback and suggestions for practice. Each class is a step to attaining results.
- Expert, Dedicated Training. This is key! Sounds can be created in different ways. Intonation is a complicated mix of blending, pausing and stressing. Spoken grammar starts with knowing what to fix and applying that to realistic scenarios. - Take classes on your own or with a friend. All options are available in one-to-one or two-to-one formats. Both ways have pro’s and cons. If you share classes with a friend, you can motivate each other and split the cost. If you take classes on your own, you will get more customized, individual training.
Option 1: Evaluation Plus 3 Classes
Get a detailed assessment of your spoken English and then get 3 focused training classes to reach your goals. If your English is already good, this may be all you need to neutralize your accent or fix your spoken grammar.

Option 2: Complete English Training
Get a detailed assessment of your pronunciation and spoken grammar. Then get 8 classes and a post assessment. Take classes once or twice a week depending on your learning style and goals. When classes are taken at least once a week, without breaks, and you practice between classes, we aim for a 30% to 50% improvement in your spontaneous speech. This package includes 10 hours of the instructor’s time with assessments plus classes.

Option 3: Advanced Results
Get a detailed assessment of your pronunciation and spoken grammar. Then get 16 classes and a post assessment. Take classes once or twice a week depending on your learning style and goals. When classes are taken at least once a week, without breaks, and you practice between classes, we aim for a 40% to 70% improvement in your spontaneous speech. This package includes 18 hours of the instructor’s time with assessments plus classes.

If you refer 3 or more friends within one month, you will get an automatic business discount with a reduced rate for all classes, yours and your friends. Once your friends have bought classes, you all will receive the option to receive rebates or add classes to your packages.
Take Classes with a Friend
If you have a friend who wants to take classes too, you can split the cost of either package. There are pro’s and cons to everything! The pro of taking classes with a friend is that you can engage in conversation practice during classes which is more similar to real life. It forces you to concentrate while not knowing how your friend will respond. The con is that you get less individual feedback. However, we will always aim for optimal results.
Invoices for Reimbursements
We use PayPal to accept payments, and all credit cards are accepted on their platform. You will receive a receipt automatically. If you need an invoice from us to submit to your company for reimbursement, just let us know. That’s no problem!

Terms and Conditions
Please know that when you buy classes, you are agreeing to the following terms.
Class Definition. A class equals one hour of the instructor’s time. The main format is 35 minutes of instruction, 5 minutes of video and 20 minutes of organizing notes and creating a customized plan for the next session. I find this method dynamic and effective. However, it’s flexible. We can use up to 50 minutes of time for instruction and skip making videos, for example.
Classes must be used within 5 months of your purchase date unless one of the exceptions applies. After that point, unused classes will not be refunded. If you need an exception due to a long vacation, for example during the winter or summer holidays, just email your instructor to get written confirmation of your exception. Other exceptions include the instructor’s schedule being booked up or the instructor’s vacation time. If you cannot book an appointment for six weeks, then your 5 months automatically extends to 6.5 months. If your instructor takes a two-week vacation, your package will extend to 7 months. Overall, trainings are quite flexible! We just want it to be clear that packages are not indefinite. Also, if you book your classes with a consistent once or twice a week approach, trainings are much more effective.
If you choose to buy multiple packages, you get 5 months for each package. For example, 2 packages = 10 months.
Results are not guaranteed as they depend on situations beyond our control such as unexpected interruptions in classes, changing work deadlines that may decrease concentration as well as physical constraints like misaligned teeth or braces. Also, when taking classes with a friend, results can go down if the two people are at significantly different levels. However, please rest assured that the stated goals above are based on 20 years of work with professionals from over 40 different countries. Generally speaking, at a minimum, most people will succeed at 25-30% after 5 classes and at about 50% or more after 3 months if they stay focused and push for success. We are always aiming for data-driven results.
We do not offer refunds on classes. Please use our free consultation before buying a package. If you want to buy fewer classes to try them out, choose Option 1 and later upgrade to a package with more classes. We will invoice you for the difference.
To cancel or reschedule classes with an instructor, you must provide 24 hours notice. Otherwise, the missed class will count as part of your package.
If you take classes with a friend, all of the above rules apply. You are paying for the hour, so if one person cannot make it and you are canceling late, it is better for the other to take the class than to lose the hour if possible. You are both responsible for your own scheduling via Erica’s online calendar (we do not get involved with helping you choose times). Also, we do not offer refunds, so if one person changes their mind after buying classes, the package just goes to the remaining person. If one person changes their mind before buying their half of the package, then the other receives half of a package (what they paid for). An assessment = one hour, so if there are two people, both speak during the assessment recording time and you receive a combined assessment with some extra pointers for each person.
