“It takes a lot of courage to show your dreams to someone else.”

Sharing to Initiate Connections
Sharing who we are is fundamental in building relationships. If other people feel unsure about who you are as a person, how can they connect with you? If you are a professional, you might be so engaged with work that you forget how to reach out to others. It’s as simple as speaking up and sharing! Use the questions below to articulate thoughts about who you are in English and be ready to express yourself.
Questions
- What are you most passionate about and why?
- Do you wish to help others? Or do you believe each person should take care of him or herself? Why?
- Where does your work fit into a larger picture? In other words, if your work is one piece in a puzzle, what do the other pieces look like? How do you all fit together? Are there ways you can improve for the benefit of all?
- What’s your philosophy on how to think or how to be or how to succeed? Choose one 🙂
- If you subtracted work from your life completely, what would you be like? What would you do?

- What makes everything you do worthwhile?
- If your wildest dream could come true, what would it be? How would it change your life?
